Attributes A + B! This is where the real magic happens. Quite simply, these are your two opportunities to add real personalisation to your Inkpact communications and not just relying on first names and address fields to create a meaningful connection with your customers.
Let’s use an example…
Say you want to offer two different discounts to your customers based on how long they’ve been with you, and both are redeemable by different dates. Enter the relevant discount code against the relevant recipient names in one Attribute column, and then the respective dates in the other Attribute column, like this:
When it comes to drafting your message in the Message Editor of the platform, you’d simply drag in the Attribute A and B fields and slot them where appropriate within the text, just as you would for a first or last name.
